Given my recent customer service experience with Bank of Queensland, I thought it important to publish their Customer Relations Group’s direct number. The bank will not allow you to cold call directly in to this group should you wish to make a complaint. The number is online, but is very hard to find (it is embedded in a PDF on the BoQ site).
