		<description>Wow this is frustrating... Now I find out that I get a private IP address... which is no good to me at all. I have to call Telstra Data Support 1800647514 to get them to enable a real world IP address. I can sense an argument coming on.</description>

		<description>And just to prove all is no lost, when I called back again for the third time today (the first two calls the Indian operators hung up on me) I got an Australian technician. Who seems to have fixed the issue, made sure I was happy and even gave me details to contact him directly if it should re-occur.
There is hope for Telstra yet!! :)</description>
