I was exceptionally excited this evening at the prospect of a truly chocolate pavlova.
It is now with bitter disappointment as I survey the merang in front of me drowned in cream with a light lashing of chocolate source that I now realise my hunt for a chocolate pav (which only started 30 minutes ago) is incomplete.
