It’s really strange to me how long it takes some people to show their true selves.
A friend of ours who I liked quite a bit in the last few weeks has turned into what I can only describe as an insecure monster.
The really sad thing about all this is that he is a really nice guy – but because he is insecure about himself, and will not be honest about who he is and is just so worried about what others think about him – now he has kinda snapped and it really isn’t very pleasant.
He is going away for a while, which I hope will help him “find himself” so to speak, but it’s just sad to see that kinda thing happen to somebody.
