More on Optus

or moron Optus…

In my previous post you will have seen that I ranted about having to send a fax to remove a billing item, well – it didn’t get removed – so I called them yesterday to find out what was going on. Luckily I think I got the one happy and helpfull person there – and I wish I could remember her name to congratulate her.

Anyway, she looked and found that I didn’t have to send anything, and she just removed it from my bill for me, and credited it from when it started. So my message to optus is this – find this person, give her a raise, get ~her~ to train your staff.
